Hello and welcome there Goofy,

I think we all may need a little more information to better understand what you're meaning by, "... seams like the rev is stuck and wont let it turn over ..."

-1- Are you saying that the electric starter will NOT engage at all (push the button and nothing happens)?

OR
-2- Are you saying that when you push the start button that the starter is engaging and the engine seems to load the starter too much and not 'crank' the engine ???

If you're experiencing the #2 condition STOP trying to crank, then remove your sparkplugs and crank again. thsi condition is a possible hydro-lock condition, and could go very badly. A weak starter or connection may also be to blame here, but better safe than sorry...

If you're experiencing the #1 condition, can you get a nice green 'N'eutral light up on the dash? (the green "N" is only available when the reverse lever switch sees the bike as being fully out of reverse.

Let us know what you find ...
