Have been avoiding that question from all askers recently.

Left Heel, Left Knee, and Left Shoulder not much better.

Tried going sling free on shoulder for a bit yesterday to improve its range of motion. That was a mistake.

I am scheduling an appointment with the orthopedic doctor for this week.

Every time I bump in to something or rub against it the road rash scabs flake off and start bleeding. The back of my hands have stopped seeping finally and are scabbing nicely.

Got hammered last night so I could finally get a nights sleep.

But, I am alive and able to complain so it is all going to be okay.

I scheduled my appointment with the Ortho doctor for tomorrow morning.

Crossing my fingers that it is just deep tissue damage and not a riding season killer.

Have em shoot up that shoulder so you can ride :looking:

Seriously, hurry up and get healed so you can come back and re-join the battle.

Remember "Not everyone in a cage is out to get you, but, they are." :looking: :scared:

I know that pain man. If you need to just shoot the poopy to bore you to sleep just call man LOL. God knows I have enough war stories from Baghdad to bore you to sleep in about 10 min LOL!!!

poopy, can't get rid of me that easy. I'm still pissed that I got to ride in a helicopter and don't remember a darn thing other than cracking that joke to the flight nurse. Whatta waste of money there.

Shea very few people remember that kind of a flight, let's just say it was probably a drug indused amnesia. Most of the time it's not really a flight you want to remember any of.

I'm with A1, just so glad you guys are around to ummmm welll, b**ch!:banana: Lucky be careful with that shoulder and listen to the doc man. It's an integral part!

Shea, let us know on the head injury thing. Hell you've had it since Baghdad and you're crazy that's for sure, but you seem to function pretty well. :baffled: :funny: Be cool about the news and just realize that you've rolled with it this long...you obviously have stuff going in your favor!

Hey Lucky... if they ask you if you want something for the pain... torridol shot is worth it.. lasts 2-3 days and slowly tapers off.. may give some pain relief.. and they can do it in the office.. I have gotten one and my wife used to get them for her back..

New prescription for pain meds (Darvocet) and the rest of the week off. The way the orth put it, made sense. He said you hit the ground at about 35 miles per hour and tried going back to work 4 days later? What were you thinking?

He is thinking I hit hard enough to Bruise the bones(?)?

According to him a bruised bone hurts worse than a broken one? Either way it sucks, but the new pain meds are sweet.

Three days of Darvoset and I do honestly feel much better.

Although I did over do it on Tuesday, when I had to pick up my motorcycle from getting an estimate. Fortunately I still have plenty of pain meds. It is like a never ending bottle of bliss.

The third from last shows the 10 foot long gouges in the road where the bike slid to a stop.

The second to last shows her path of travel cutting me off. She apparently lives in an apartment above one of the businesses across the street. The picture was taken from the parking lot where her ATM machine was.
