Fork rebuild

Hi all, I currently have my front tire and brakes off and will be rebuilding my forks. I was able to get the front fork left side motorcycle bottom bolt off (drain bolt). I am working on the right side bottom fork and the bottom screw just keeps screwing Around and around and isn’t screwing down and out😲. Anyone have suggestions on how to get it out. The other side I used ratcheting straps to compress the forks and used an impact wrench. The other side, not so much as it just screws around and around.  Please help, thanks all.

If you remove the top cap on the fork leg, you may be able to put something down the tube to add tension against the internals so that screw will come loose.

From what I have Found out the right side bike form leg is a cartridge type and the bottom screw is screwed in. I tired taking off top cap and it won’t come out until u get the bottom screw out. Any other suggestions. I’m ready to rebuild except for this darn screw.
