 Glad i didn't throw my old tensioners away.  I  Superglued a small washer first and then this 5/8" bolt onto it and almost perfectly centered so i can balance my lawn mower blades.

Hard to think anymore. It hurts my head. LOL

I am frugal or a better word CHEAP.

 

I had one of those little stepped cone ones that never did balance right.
